Clarity In The Confusion

You’ve seen the specialists. You’ve done the treatments. You’ve been told everything looks normal, but you still don’t feel right.

I work with people who are looking for a better understanding of what may be contributing to their pain or symptoms. Using manual osteopathy, athletic therapy and a whole-person approach, I take the time to listen, assess the bigger picture and help you understand what’s happening in your body.

Hi, I'm Brynn!

Certified athletic therapist & manual osteopathic practitioner

Too often, people are told “everything looks normal” when they’re still in pain. I do things differently: I take the time to listen, explain what I find, and build a plan that makes sense for your body and your goals.

How We Work Together

Listen & Understand

We start with your symptoms, history and goals to understand what you’ve been experiencing and what you want to get back to.

Assess the Whole Picture

I look at how your body is moving and consider the different factors that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.

Create Your Path Forward

Together, we create an individualized treatment and movement plan to support your progress and help you get back to the activities you love.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about treatment, what to expect and more.

What should I expect at my first appointment?
A full assessment of the body and its different systems, thorough dive into their history (body’s story), small treatment, and treatment plan for moving forward.
When in doubt, book any initial assessment. During your assessment, I’ll figure out exactly what you need and can adjust my approach or schedule a free call to discuss your situation first.
It depends on your body’s history, how long you’ve been experiencing pain, and how well you respond to treatment. After your assessment, I’ll give you a clear picture of your treatment plan and recovery timeline.
I’ve tried other treatments, and I’m still experiencing pain or symptoms. Can you help?

It depends on your situation, history, and a variety of other factors. If you are unsure book a free 15 minute call to see if I am the right fit.

This keeps the important intent of the original question while avoiding the absolute wording “I’ve tried everything and nothing worked.”

I used the combined knowledge from all of the different disciplines to create a treatment plan. There are a few techniques that are osteopathy-only. Really, they just need to book an appointment and then after the assessment I tell them what I am leaning towards and plan.
